Included Health is hiring a remote Member Care Advocate to support members with benefits and care navigation. You will handle inbound calls and chats, explain coverage, and guide members through enrollment steps while documenting interactions for continuity of care. You will undergo a 3-week paid training schedule, with 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. EST hours, and transition to the regular schedule after onboarding.
