Pharmacist

We are seeking a full-time pharmacist to support both an outpatient (retail) pharmacy and an inpatient hospital setting. This role offers a mix of patient-facing responsibilities and clinical pharmacy services within a collaborative care environment. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: adhering to all applicable policies, procedures, regulatory codes, and professional standards; reviewing and verifying medication orders from physicians and authorized prescribers for accuracy, potential drug interactions, and allergy concerns; preparing and compounding intravenous medications using established formulas and sterile processes; serving as a resource to healthcare staff and patients by answering medication-related questions and providing guidance; demonstrating the ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team; and maintaining strict patient and organizational confidentiality at all times.

Requirements include a graduate of an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy, an active pharmacist license in the State of Michigan, and prior hospital pharmacy experience preferred, though candidates with strong foundational knowledge and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
