Workday Talent Solutions Specialist

To enhance talent processes, the full-time Workday Talent Solutions Specialist will serve as the functional subject-matter expert for Workday Talent modules, configuring and optimizing functionalities while working remotely. Key responsibilities Configure, administer, and optimize Workday Talent modules, including Performance, Goals, and Succession Planning Develop reporting solutions to provide insights and support enterprise talent programs through effective system design Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the Workday Talent framework Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field with a minimum of four years of relevant experience Demonstrated experience in configuring and optimizing Workday Talent functionality Current Workday Talent Certification is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered Experience with Microsoft 365 and AI tools is preferred Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
