Job Description: Customer Success Manager at Amend Treatment
About Amend Treatment:
Amend Treatment is a residential mental health treatment organization based in Malibu, California. The company provides personalized, evidence-based care for adults experiencing mental health and co-occurring challenges, with a focus on individualized treatment, therapy, and long-term recovery in a supportive residential environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Ensure clients receive quality care and support throughout their journey with Amend Treatment
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and escalate issues when necessary
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
- Monitor client progress and success, and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Deliver regular updates and progress reports to clients
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and compassion for individuals with mental health challenges
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a customer-facing role
Desired Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer success or client relations role
- Knowledge of mental health treatment practices and methodologies
- Experience working in a residential treatment setting
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $35,000 - $50,000 per year
