Line Team Member – Burrito Shak Cape Coral

Burrito Shak is excited to be opening our new Cape Coral location and we're looking for energetic, reliable Team Members to help us build an amazing team from day one.

Whether you're interested in working the front counter serving guests or preparing fresh food in the kitchen, we want people who take pride in their work, enjoy working with others, and bring a positive attitude every day.

Located in Cape Coral, Florida, Burrito Shak is a fast-growing fast-casual restaurant known for fresh ingredients, exceptional customer service, and a fun, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and serve guests with a friendly attitude

Take customer orders and process transactions accurately

Prepare fresh food according to Burrito Shak recipes and standards

Set up, stock, and maintain workstations throughout the shift

Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, kitchen, and service areas

Work efficiently with team members to provide outstanding service

Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation standards are met

Answer guest questions about menu items and make recommendations

Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning procedures

Help create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests and coworkers

Qualifications

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Reliable transportation and punctual attendance

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team

Comfortable multitasking and staying organized

Restaurant experience is a plus but not required—we will train the right candidates

Compensation & Benefits

$12–$15 per hour base pay
