We are currently seeking a Senior Salesforce Agentforce Developer to join our team in Pune, Mahārāshtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Agentforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Agentforce, Salesforce Platform development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Knowledge . The ideal candidate will have expertise in building AI-powered solutions, leveraging Salesforce Knowledge, and developing scalable custom applications on the Salesforce platform.Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and other Salesforce products is beneficial but considered secondary to Agentforce and Salesforce Platform expertise.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce Agentforce solutions.Build and customize Agentforce agents leveraging Salesforce Knowledge and platform capabilities.Develop custom applications, user interfaces, and business processes using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Flows, and other Salesforce technologies.Configure and optimize Salesforce Knowledge for AI-driven support, self-service, and agent-assist use cases.Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, administrators, and developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Design and implement intelligent automation, guided workflows, and AI-powered business processes.Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures.Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices for security, scalability, performance, testing, deployment, and governance.Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, release planning, and production support activities.Provide technical leadership and guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities and Agentforce best practices.Required QualificationsMust-Have SkillsStrong hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce implementation and customization.Strong Salesforce Platform knowledge , including platform architecture, configuration, customization, and development best practices.Extensive experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.Strong experience with Salesforce Knowledge , Knowledge Articles, and Knowledge Management solutions.Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce Flows, and Lightning Platform development.Experience building AI-powered solutions and intelligent automation on Salesforce.Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture, sharing rules, profiles, roles, permission sets, and platform governance.Experience with Salesforce integrations and API-based development.Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling and platform limitations.Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and deliver complex Salesforce solutions.Good-to-Have SkillsSales CloudService CloudSalesforce CPQData CloudEinstein AI capabilitiesPlatform Events and Integration MiddlewareSalesforce Certifications (Agentforce, Platform Developer, Application Architect, AI Specialist)Preferred Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate is an Agentforce-focused Salesforce Developer with strong Salesforce Platform expertise, deep LWC development experience, and a solid understanding of Salesforce Knowledge.
