Job Description

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with international accounting standards.
• Provide insights into financial performance and variances to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee general ledger accounts and ensure proper classification of transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Conduct detailed cost analysis to optimize manufacturing processes and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure accurate and timely recording of production costs.
• Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis to department heads.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate the annual audit process.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in accounting procedures.
• Streamline financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Collaborate with various departments, including finance, operations, and executive leadership, to gather information and support decision-making.Provide financial expertise to support business initiatives and projects.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Minimum of 1 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing organization and/or public accounting firm
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
