We are seeking a dedicated Sustainability professional to join our team in Bristol, United Kingdom. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive sustainability strategies across the organisation Conduct sustainability assessments and identify areas for improvement in our operations Manage and track key performance indicators related to environmental and social impact Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable practices into business processes Create and maintain sustainability reporting in accordance with recognised frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB) Engage with stakeholders to communicate sustainability initiatives and progress Stay current with environmental regulations and ensure compliance across the organisation Lead sustainability-focused projects and initiatives, including carbon footprint reduction efforts Provide training and guidance to employees on sustainability best practices Represent the organisation at industry events and conferences related to sustainability Who We Are Scalian UK is a consultancy, specialising in digital systems and business management and performance, working in 11 countries, including France, Spain, Belgium, UK, Germany, USA, and Canada. More information can be found at Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or related field 3-5 years of experience in sustainability or a related field Experience working on EMS and ISO14001 Proficiency in environmental management systems and sustainability reporting frameworks Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully implementing sustainability initiatives Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels In-depth knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements Experience with corporate social responsibility and sustainable business practices Expertise in carbon footprint assessment and reduction strategies Proficiency in data analysis tools and sustainability software Professional certifications such as LEED AP or CSR-P are preferred Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and drive change across the organisation Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex sustainability challenges #J-18808-Ljbffr
