A highly regarded Life Plan Community in Virginia is conducting a confidential search for a Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations within its healthcare services division.

This leadership role is responsible for overseeing nursing services, regulatory compliance, quality initiatives, staff leadership, and resident care outcomes within a mission-driven senior living environment focused on excellence and compassionate care.

The ideal candidate will bring nursing leadership experience within senior living, long-term care, post-acute care, or healthcare operations, along with strong clinical and team leadership skills.
