Job Title: Warehouse Receiving Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Receiving Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for unloading incoming shipments, verifying product accuracy, and ensuring materials are properly stored within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manually unload products from trailers into the warehouse
• Verify quantities and product descriptions against receiving labels
• Inspect incoming shipments, identify damages, and report issues through proper channels
• Label incoming products accurately for inventory tracking
• Load materials onto a stock picker and transport them to designated storage locations
• Safely place products into assigned warehouse rack locations
• Use RF scanners and handheld devices to scan product and location barcodes into the system
• Distribute supplies and materials to appropriate departments as needed

Required Skills:

• Warehouse operations
• Receiving and inventory handling

Additional Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to operate or learn stock picker equipment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Basic familiarity with scanning equipment or willingness to learn

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 lbs

Experience Level:

• Experienced candidates preferred; prior warehouse or receiving experience is a strong advantage

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Swansea, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
