Civil Project Manager – Site Development / Infrastructure

Milwaukee, WI

We’re working with a growing, well-capitalized construction and development group seeking a Civil Project Manager to take ownership of projects across site development, infrastructure, and commercial builds.

This role is ideal for someone who can run projects independently, lead teams, and drive execution from concept through completion.



What You’ll Own

• Full lifecycle project management — precon through closeout
• Oversight of site development, utilities, grading, and infrastructure scope
• Management of budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and consultants
• Direct coordination with municipalities, clients, and internal stakeholders
• Proactive risk management to keep projects on track and within budget

What You Bring

• 6–10+ years in civil construction, site development, or related PM roles
• Proven ability to lead projects independently
• Strong understanding of permitting, approvals, and municipal processes
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in the field
