Construction Operation Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative & Financial Operations Coordinator to support construction operations, bookkeeping, project coordination, and executive initiatives. This role requires a proactive professional who can manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and help keep projects and business operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction, contracting, or project administration experience
• Strong bookkeeping and accounting knowledge
• Advanced QuickBooks Pro and Excel skills
• Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Dropbox
• Buildertrend experience preferred
• Ability to read construction plans and specifications is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
