The Entry Level HR Admin plays a vital role within a dedicated HR team, providing essential support for general administrative HR tasks. This position offers a mix of customer-facing and internal interactions, focusing on maintaining accurate employee records, assisting with data entry, and supporting onboarding processes.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records accurately
- Perform data entry for HR-related information
- Support the onboarding process for new hires
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
