MEDICAL ASSISTANT

Orlando, FL | Onsite | $16–$17/hour

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Medical Assistant to support patient care in a busy outpatient medical setting. This role combines hands-on clinical support, patient intake, EHR documentation, specimen collection, and assistance with routine procedures.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Prepare patients for exams and obtain medical histories and vital signs
• Assist providers with examinations, treatments, and in-office procedures
• Collect and process blood, urine, swab, and other specimens
• Administer injections and medications as directed and within scope
• Document patient information accurately in the EHR/EMR
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and support efficient patient flow

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Medical Assistant training/program completion preferred
• 1+ year of Medical Assistant experience preferred
• BLS/CPR certification required or ability to obtain upon hire
• Experience with EHR/EMR, patient intake, vital signs, and specimen collection
• Phlebotomy/venipuncture experience strongly preferred

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $16–$17/hour
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance after 6 months
• 401(k) with 3% match after 6 months
• 104 hours of PTO annually, accruing at 4 hours every 2 weeks
