Job Title: Warehouse Worker Job Description

As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for pulling and staging customer orders accurately based on pick tickets or system instructions. You will load and unload trucks while adhering to proper loading patterns and delivery schedules. Operating a sit-down forklift to move, stage, and organize materials is a key part of this role. Additionally, you will perform cycle counts and assist with inventory tracking and accuracy. Using RF scanners and warehouse systems, you will track product movement and verify orders.

• Operate sit-down forklift to move, stage, and organize materials.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory tracking and accuracy.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track product movement and verify orders.
• Verify order accuracy, labels, and documentation prior to shipment.
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse areas to support safety and efficiency.
• Assist with receiving, put-away, and general warehouse support tasks.
• Follow all safety procedures and work efficiently in a team environment.

• Material handling and warehouse experience.
• Proficiency in operating a sit-down forklift.
• Experience with inventory control and order pulling.
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes.
• Ability to use RF scanners and warehouse systems.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on order accuracy.

• 2+ years of previous warehouse experience in order picking, shipping/receiving, and inventory.
• Forklift experience with sit-down forklifts is required.
• Experience using RF scanners or inventory systems is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

The work environment is a fast-paced warehouse setting that involves a combination of forklift operation and manual material handling. You will frequently engage in lifting, walking, and on/off forklift activity, all within a team-oriented environment focused on accuracy and productivity.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fairfield, CA.

The pay range for this position is $22.05 - $22.05/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Fairfield,CA.
