Job Opportunity Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide high-quality care within a specified geographical area. This position offers a guaranteed 36 hours per week with a focus on maintaining a productive caseload while ensuring the best outcomes for patients. Shift Details
- Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 AM - 04:30 PM)
- Start Date: ASAP (Compliance takes approximately 2 weeks)
- Patient Ratios: 1:1 (May visit up to 6 patients per day)
- Productivity Standard: 27 points required daily
- Weekend Coverage: Optional visits to meet productivity goals
- Area #1: Fremont, Castro Valley, Ashland, Cherryland, Hayward, Newark, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, Union City
- Area #2: Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda, Albany, Emeryville, Piedmont
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of Home Health experience preferred
- License: Must hold a valid California occupational therapy license
- Certifications: BLS certification required
- Transportation: Candidates must have their own transportation; successful grouping of clients is ensured to minimize drive time.
- Facility Type: Home Health
- Attire: Any color scrubs

- Mileage Reimbursement: Provided at IRS standard rates
