Role Description The Human Resources Business Partner is a full-time, on-site role based in Show Low, AZ. This role serves as a strategic partner to leaders and staff, providing guidance on HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising managers on talent management, supporting recruitment and onboarding efforts, and facilitating employee engagement and retention initiatives. The HR Business Partner will help implement HR programs, conduct investigations where needed, and ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies. The role also involves analyzing HR metrics, recommending process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work culture. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development, with the ability to coach leaders at multiple levels. Knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and compliance practices, preferably within a healthcare or highly regulated environment. Strong communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and partner effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in HRIS systems, data analysis, and reporting to support decision-making and workforce planning. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred. Experience in full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies in a multi-disciplinary setting. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment in sensitive situations.
