About the Job:
Location: Glendale, KY.

Summary:

• Maintain a strong field presence (90%+ of time) to monitor job site safety conditions and behaviors
• Conduct daily site walkthroughs, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with OSHA and site-specific safety requirements
• Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement corrective actions in real time
• Partner with superintendents, foremen, and subcontractors to promote a proactive safety culture
• Lead and participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and pre-task planning sessions
• Observe work activities across multiple trades (mechanical, electrical, structural, etc.) and ensure safe work practices are followed
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; document findings and support corrective action plans
• Reinforce positive safety behaviors while coaching and mentoring workers on best practices

Requirements:

• OSHA 510 Preferred or additional experience.
• Local to the project preferred, there is per diem available if not local.
• 5 to 7 years of construction safety management experience.
• Ability to start this project as soon as possible.
• Must have excellent writing and computer skills.
• Great communication - written & verbal.
• Candidate must have strong background in demolition.
