You will be a strong communicator, proactive problem-solver, and relationship-builder who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.**Essential Duties:*** Coordinate and support project activities to ensure alignment with timelines, objectives, and deliverables.* Assist in scheduling and facilitating project meetings, preparing documentation, and maintaining project tracking systems.* Support project leads in overseeing task progress and ensuring project timelines remain current.* Identify potential obstacles and assist in resolving issues to keep projects moving forward.* Provide regular status updates and reports to team members, leadership, and stakeholders.* Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and project dashboards using relevant project management tools.* Foster and maintain effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.* Support efforts to manage project scope and expectations throughout the project lifecycle* Assume or coordinate other duties or projects as assigned or directed.**NOTE**: This is an in-person hybrid position. You must be able to reliably commute to Scottsdale, Arizona.**Desired Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.* Evidence of a basic understanding of project management principles and how they apply to projects.* Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and stay focused when priorities shift.* Evidence of familiarity with project management tools and software.* Experience helping to coordinate technology or IT-related projects.* Evidence of exposure to Agile ways of working, including Scrum.* Experience using Jira is a plus.**Salary & Benefits:**$55,000 - $57,000 per year; DOEASU offers a total compensation package that includes valuable employee benefits.
