Human Resources Generalist

A growing manufacturing startup is launching operations in Southeastern Pennsylvania and is seeking an HR Generalist to help build foundational people and administrative processes from the ground up. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and helping shape HR practices during an exciting startup phase. What You’ll Do Support full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for hourly and salaried manufacturing employees Manage core HR administration, employee records, and compliance documentation Help establish and maintain HR policies and processes as the organization grows Serve as a go-to resource for employee HR questions and workplace policies Support general office and administrative operations as needed Partner closely with leadership to adapt processes as business needs evolve What We’re Looking For Prior HR experience in a manufacturing environment (food packaging or related industries preferred) Comfortable working in a startup or site build-out setting with evolving structure Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred Ability to manage both HR and administrative responsibilities with minimal direction Strong organizational skills and a proactive, hands-on approach Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally Why This Role Play a key role in launching a new U.S. operation for an international organization Help build HR infrastructure from day one Broad exposure across HR, administration, and manufacturing operations Long-term growth potential as the site scales This role will evolve as the business grows, so flexibility and adaptability are essential.
