What You'll Do: As an Appliance Repair Technician, you'll be the face of Flamingo in Customers' homes, delivering expert service and exceptional care. * Deliver an outstanding Customer experience and build Customer relationships with every service call. * Diagnose and repair residential appliances safely with precision and professionalism. * Perform maintenance and explain preventative care to Customers. * Communicate repair options, pricing estimates, and timelines clearly. * Refer to service manuals and technical documentation to solve complex issues. What Makes You a Great Fit: Required Qualifications: * Customer-first mindset and professional demeanor. * High school diploma or GED. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. * Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet throughout the day. * Strong problem-solving and communication skills. * Must be currently authorized to work in the United States. * Ability to pass background, drug, and driving screenings.
