Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant Opportunity

A growing Hematology & Oncology practice on California's Central Coast is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a collaborative cancer care team in a beautiful coastal community near Monterey.

Position Highlights:

• Join an established team of 4 Hematology/Oncology Physicians and 4 APPs
• Cancer clinic located across the street from Salinas Valley Health Medical Center and adjacent to the Outpatient Infusion Center
• Blend of outpatient clinic, inpatient rounding, and infusion center coverage
• 4-day workweek (4x10 schedule)
• Average patient volume of approximately 10 patients per day
• Strong physician mentorship and collaborative support staff

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $190,000–$205,000 + productivity
• 17 vacation days, 5 sick days, and 8 holidays
• CME: $2,000 + 5 days

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of Hematology/Oncology APP experience
