• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a related allied health area, including preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within your first year of employment.
• Maintain your certification throughout your tenure.
