Senior Manager Global KIT Partnerships (m/f/d)

YOUR ROLE AT A GLANCE Support, manage and coordinate the existing SPORTFIVE portfolio, assisting the entire process and ensuring the signing of the best possible kit contract and brand. Identify and secure new kit mandates from clubs and federations, focusing on Germany and Europe, mainly in football but also in rugby, handball, basketball and Olympic sports. Develop, engage and manage strong day‑to‑day relationships with selected sporting apparel brands. Assist in kit tender processes and contract negotiations. Represent the company and continuously expand your personal network with rights‑holders and industry knowledge. Perform brand consulting, brand analysis and portfolio optimisation to identify the right asset at the right time. WHAT YOU’LL BRING University degree e.g. in sports management, economics or marketing is required. 5‑8 years of experience, ideally in the sports industry – either club, agency or sporting goods side. A holistic understanding of the sports apparel landscape and athlete apparel deals. Know‑how of the performance‑apparel (kit) landscape and/or branded merchandise business on the rightsholder (club/federation) side preferable. A proven track record in client acquisition and strong negotiation skills. Experience in communicating with C‑level executives and decision‑makers. Huge passion for sport and the ability to drive ideas forward and implement them quickly, as part of a great team. An intrinsic desire and strong motivation to learn new things and keep developing.
