Masco is a global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of branded home improvement and building products.What You Will DoAs part of the Mercury Plastics Executive Leadership Team, the General Manager (GM) will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement business plans and strategies to ensure corporate objectives for the product categories are achieved. Key responsibilities include leading the entire strategy and operations for the business unit, P&L management, business development and developing multi-year strategic and financial plans for the business.How You Will Do ItOperational & Strategic LeadershipLead the development and execution of strategic business plans. Establish performance metrics and drive organizational alignment across all functions. The GM will also oversee Operations (manufacturing, engineering, supply chain & quality) where they play a key role in optimizing process efficiencies and continuous improvement efforts. Additionally, this leader will have P&L accountability and financial oversight of budgets, forecasts and financial reporting.Customer & Market FocusMaintain strong relationships with key customers and develop new business opportunities for expanding custom products & solutions. There will be a major focus on expanding market share and growing revenue for the Electron Beam Processing business while continuing to maintain the core product portfolio.Team & CulturePromote a culture of innovation, operational excellence, continuous improvement and employee engagement. As GM, you will lead cross-functional teams and mentor and coach other leaders to achieve both professional development and organizational goals.What We Look ForBachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business or related field10+ years of progressive leadership experience in an engineering or manufacturing environmentProven track record of managing P&L and driving operational excellenceStrong understanding of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement and supply chain managementExperience with sales and marketing strategy to drive profitable growth, expand market share, and identify new business opportunitiesExcellent team leadership, communication and organizational skillsOrganizational skillsCompany: Mercury Plastics
