DBH Values: Service-Oriented (Person Centered, Solution Oriented, Customer Service Focused) Collaborative (Approachable, Reasonable, Transparent) Value Driven Innovative (Yes Before No) Strong Sense of Urgency Job Duties Assess and evaluate nursing/medical needs of patients Initiate and direct implementation of the nursing care plan Observe, evaluate, and record patient behavior and condition Administer medications and treatment as ordered by the physician Assist with physical examinations Respond to emergency situations Direct delivery of and evaluate psychiatric/nursing care of patients delivered by professional and nonprofessional staff Prepare, review, implement and update records/reports/plans Serve as an interdisciplinary treatment team member Hourly position covered by the Ohio Health Care SEIU/1199 bargaining unit (union). Pay range: 13 on the Ohio Health Care SEIU/1199 Pay Range Schedule. The position is located at 1756 Sagamore Road, Northfield, Ohio. Days include every weekend 7:00 pm‑7:30 am, Friday and Saturday, and one weekday shift for a total of 72 hours bi‑weekly. Unless required by any applicable union contract and/or requirements of the Ohio Revised Code, the selected candidate will begin at Step 1 of the pay range schedule listed above, with an opportunity for pay increase after six months of satisfactory performance and then a yearly raise thereafter.
