Responsibilities

The Quality Manager defines a global roadmap that aligns local manufacturing with overall business goals. By fostering a Zero Defects culture, you ensure the Voice of the Customer is reflected in every product that leaves the facility.

• Talent Development: You aren't just managing processes; you are building a high-performing Quality organization through mentorship and succession planning.
• Regulatory Maturity: You own the Quality Management System (QMS) , ensuring the site meets rigorous standards like ISO 9001 (General), IATF 16949 (Automotive), and ISO 13485 (Medical Devices).
