DescriptionWe are seeking a customer-focused Desktop Support Technician to provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for end users across a corporate environment. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for hardware, software, and system-related issues, delivering exceptional customer service while supporting Windows and Mac environments, Office 365 applications, mobile devices, and enterprise technologies. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping users resolve technical challenges.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support to end users via phone, email, chat, remote access tools, and in-person interactions.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and peripheral issues.Support Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft Office 365, BitLocker, McAfee encryption, and other enterprise technologies.Manage incidents, requests, and tasks through the ServiceNow ticketing platform while adhering to established service level agreements (SLAs).Install, configure, and support desktop and laptop computers, mobile devices, printers, and other peripheral equipment.Escalate complex technical issues when necessary and serve as a technical resource throughout the resolution process.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all work performed within ServiceNow.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive communication and effective issue resolution.Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced support environment to meet operational goals and service expectations.Identify recurring technical or process-related issues and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.Comply with all corporate policies, procedures, and security standards.Complete assigned tasks and projects as directed by management and support dispatch activities as needed.Required Qualifications3-5 years of desktop support experience within a corporate or enterprise environment.Strong experience supporting Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, and OneDrive.Experience troubleshooting and supporting macOS environments.Experience utilizing remote support tools such as Bomgar, BeyondTrust, Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP), or similar solutions.Experience supporting collaboration and virtual meeting platforms, preferably Microsoft Teams.Hands-on experience using ServiceNow or a similar IT service management (ITSM) ticketing system.Strong understanding of desktop hardware, software installation, and endpoint troubleshooting.Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical users.Preferred Technical SkillsDesktop SupportWindows 10/11macOSMicrosoft Office 365ServiceNowActive DirectoryOneDriveMicrosoft TeamsBitLockerMcAfee EncryptionRemote Support Tools (Bomgar/BeyondTrust, RDP)Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Tempe, AZ.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
