Open Sky Community Services is seeking a Residential Counselor in Marlborough, MA to support adults with developmental disabilities in a group living setting. You will help individuals develop independence, participate in daily living activities, and implement evidence-based care plans. You will assist with transportation, ensure health and safety, and complete all required documentation.
