Manager of Therapies Location: West Union, IA – Gundersen Palmer Lutheran Hospital & Clinics (Emplify Health) We are seeking a full‑time Manager of Therapies to lead our highly committed and dynamic rehabilitation team and provide excellent quality care to patients of all ages. Responsibilities Lead and manage the physical, occupational, and speech‑language therapy departments, ensuring that each patient receives high‑quality, patient‑centered care. Oversee team performance, promote professional development, and maintain compliance with state regulations. Qualifications Master's degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. 5‑7 years of healthcare leadership experience. 5‑7 years of clinical experience in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology. Advanced training in a specialized area of therapy. Licensed in the state of Iowa. Current Infant‑Adult Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers.
