RPh on the Go is actively seeking a Clinical IV Pharmacist for a 3–6 month contract-to-hire opportunity with a growing pharmacy team in Arkansas. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced pharmacist looking to expand their clinical experience in a hands-on IV and infusion environment with long-term potential.

Schedule:
• Monday – Friday
• 8:30am – 5:00pm
• Every 3rd weekend rotation required

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will be a clinically strong pharmacist with recent IV pharmacy experience who is flexible, team-oriented, and willing to assist where needed in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform IV order verification accurately and efficiently
• Review patient profiles, lab values, and medication orders to ensure safe and appropriate therapy
• Interpret laboratory results and apply strong clinical judgment in daily workflow
• Assist with sterile compounding and IV medication preparation in the clean room as needed
• Support pharmacy operations with additional clinical duties and patient care responsibilities
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff and healthcare professionals to maintain high-quality patient care and compliance standards

Requirements:
• Active and clear Arkansas Pharmacist license
• Minimum of 1 year of current IV pharmacist experience required
• Strong clinical skills, including interpreting lab values and reviewing complex medication therapies
• Flexibility and willingness to support various pharmacy functions
• Ability to pass a completely clear background check and drug screen
