OB/GYN Position in Atlanta
Start Date: Immediate | Salary Range: $300,000 - $400,000
Opportunity OverviewWe are excited to present a fantastic opportunity for an empathetic and driven OB/GYN to join a well-established practice located just southeast of Atlanta. This role offers an excellent work-life balance, a supportive team environment, and significant potential for long-term career growth.
Position Highlights- Collaborative Team: Work alongside 6 OB/GYNs, 1 Certified Nurse Midwife, and 2 Nurse Practitioners.
- Patient Load: Manage fewer than 20 patients daily.
- Deliveries: Participate in 25-30 deliveries per month as a group.
- OB/GYN Mix: Choose between a 50/50 mix or up to 70% OB, depending on your preference.
- Schedule: Enjoy a 4-day work week.
- Office Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM, with the last patient appointment at 3:30 PM.
- Call Schedule: 1:6, shared with two other private groups; day call is conveniently located just across the street.
- Hospital Proximity: Only a 5-minute walk from the office.
- Base Salary: $300,000
- Productivity Bonus: Potential for additional earnings based on performance.
- Partnership: Opportunity for partnership within 2-3 years.
