Role We are looking for Assistant Managers and Managers to lead the daily operations of a Shoe Palace store. The incumbent will hire, develop, and motivate a team, drive sales, and provide outstanding customer service while ensuring compliance with company policies. Responsibilities Hire, manage, and motivate the team to perform at a high level. Drive sales by delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales goals. Assure customers receive an outstanding experience from the team. Lead by example and follow all company policies and procedures at all times. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. 1–3 years of retail management experience. Strong people skills and the ability to grow a team. Computer savvy. Honesty and loyalty.
