ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2023 and currently lead a team of seven across two agencies. Before opening this agency, I spent three years as a State Farm Sales Leader, and earlier in my career, I played professional baseball in the Chicago White Sox organization. I'm a graduate of West Virginia University, married, and the proud father of two young daughters. Outside of work, I enjoy sports, working out, reading, and traveling.

Giving back to the community is a priority for our team. We organize a large annual backpack drive, participate in local events and pet expos, and regularly host community giveaways and outreach opportunities to stay connected with the people we serve.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Grant Buckner - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
