Bilingual Career Coach (TX)

Supporting employees and their families during relocation and outplacement, the part-time Bilingual Career Coach (TX) will provide one-on-one coaching in English and Portuguese, focusing on job search strategies, resume writing, and integration into the Houston area while working remotely. Key responsibilities Establish rapport with program participants and motivate them to achieve their professional and personal goals Guide participants through the coaching process, assisting with job search skills and integration challenges Maintain records of service delivery and monitor the progress of program participants Required qualifications Minimum five years of experience in job search strategy and career coaching Fluency in English and Portuguese; knowledge of Spanish is a plus Experience coaching expatriates and their families on job search and integration Strong understanding of the Houston job market and living conditions Experience with virtual coaching and familiarity with technology and AI tools
