RN L&D - Equiliem

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse with expertise in Labor and Delivery and Postpartum care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing comprehensive care to mothers and newborns during the labor, delivery, and postpartum stages.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional nursing care to patients in the Labor and Delivery and Postpartum units.
• Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs, ensuring the well-being of both mother and child.
• Administer medications and assist with pain management during labor.
• Educate and support families throughout the childbirth process.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery and Postpartum care.
• Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Proficient in fetal monitoring and interpretation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts from 7:00am to 7:30pm.
