In-Store Sales Associate

Responsibilities Youwill perform customer service activities, including receiving and enteringtelephone orders, answering questions, resolving challenges, and tracingorder status or product shipments Serve customers through counter sales in the retail store You Will conduct warehouse duties, including moving cylinders for customers Provide sales support to the Outside Sales team is part of your role Evaluate and recommend appropriate products, equipment, and programs You will promote add-on sales of gases and high-margin hard goodsaccessories and conduct product demonstrations as an in-store salesrepresentative Maintain customer records and files, ensuring accurate account setup andpricing Perform outbound calls to retail and small 'B' customers You will sell products at minimum discount to achieve target margins andoccasionally support additional locations Qualifications Youhave a high school diploma / GED More than one year (1+) of Customer Service / Inside Sales / Counter Sales is preferred You should have excellent customer service skills to be successful in thisrole You do not have a DUI/DWI or other alcohol (driving) related convictionswithin the last ten (10) years Benefits & Pay Competitive compensation and an outstanding benefits package: health, dental, disability, and life insurance, paid holidays and vacation, employee discount program, and opportunities for educational and professional growth.
