This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients by providing personalized, one-on-one care in the comfort of their own homes.Responsibilities:Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene supportAssist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as neededPrepare meals and assist with feeding according to client dietary needsPerform light housekeeping duties and maintain a safe, clean living environmentMonitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisorsProvide companionship and emotional support to clients and their familiesAssist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plansRequirements:Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification in the state of FloridaPrevious experience in home care, assisted living, or a related healthcare setting preferredReliable transportation and valid driver's licenseStrong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanorAbility to work independently and follow detailed care plansMust pass a background check and drug screeningCPR/First Aid certification is a plusComForCare Home Health Care - Sarasota is part of a nationally recognized home care franchise dedicated to helping clients live their best lives possible.
