Position Summary The Graphic Designer works with other members of Marketing Operations and Brand Marketing teams to conceptualize, design, and execute a wide variety of demand‑generating marketing vehicles to convey a particular message, idea or concept. The role supports multiple brands, existing product lines, new product innovations, marketing and strategic brand initiatives in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Work closely with the creative lead, senior graphic designers, and Brand marketing in a proactive, creative and collaborative effort to elevate our brands. Think creatively and develop design concepts, graphics and layouts that capture project briefs and captivate consumers. Interpret creative briefs into conceptual ideas. Design materials that enhance the brand and the overall consumer/customer experience. Concept, develop, and execute overall layout and production design for various applications such as print advertising, digital advertising, POS/POP, catalogs, selling materials, and internal collateral. Ensure consistency and standards across several brands. Skills for Success Visual ideation and creative problem solving. Strong design aesthetic, technical skills and ability to think conceptually. Ability to design based on a creative brief, feedback, sketches and critiques. Comfortable creating and working with deadlines. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to juggle multiple tasks by prioritizing appropriately. Strong interpersonal and project management skills. Experience & Education Associate’s degree in graphic design. 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience. A strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence and technical expertise. Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Advanced photo‑retouching and image‑manipulation capabilities. Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, with advanced presentation design and formatting skills. Thorough understanding of print production and digital asset creation. Experience designing for digital platforms; working knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. Familiarity with 3D design, motion graphics, or video editing is a plus. Agency or in‑house corporate creative experience preferred. Passion for and understanding of sports, fashion, art, and contemporary culture. Knowledge of apparel products and industry trends is an advantage.
