Salish Smiles is your dental home in Clinton, Washington. We're a family-owned, Pacific-Northwest-rooted general dentistry practice that treats every patient like family — and we treat our team the same way. Owner Dr. Cameron Dutt and our associate doctor team of Dr. Mueller and Dr. Park lead a tight, talented clinical floor where chairside work is unrushed, communication is direct and warm, and your skills are visibly seen and grown.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Set up operatories and execute four-handed dentistry on restorative, C&B, extractions, and implant cases

• Fabricate quality temporary crowns

• Take diagnostic-quality digital radiographs

• Maintain bulletproof sterilization & infection control discipline

• Help patients of all ages — from 12-month first visits to seniors — feel calm and informed

• Partner with hygiene and front office on smooth handoffs and same-day starts

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Active Washington Dental Assistant registration (DQAC)

• Current BLS

• Solid temporary crown technique

• Comfort with Dentrix or trainable aptitude

• EFDA license is a strong plus (we'll support EFDA pursuit for the right team member)

• Reliable schedule — we operate Tue–Fri (Wed is our long day, 8–5)

• Whidbey resident strongly preferred; we'll evaluate ferry support for off-island Rockstars

WHAT WE OFFER:

• Compensation: $22–$34/hr based on skill level

• Defined level structure with skills-based 90-day raise model on first hire

SCHEDULE: Full-time, Tuesday–Friday (Fri 8–2 short, Wed 8–5 long, Tue/Thu 8–4).
