Responsibilities
- Implement and document therapy interventions for residents under the supervision of a licensed PT, following the established plan of care.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility tasks; adapt activities to individual goals and safety needs.
- Monitor resident responses during therapy sessions, document progress, and communicate changes to the supervising PT and care team.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in resident records in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure safety and infection control during therapy activities and properly maintain therapy equipment and supplies.

Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to work in a long-term care / skilled nursing care environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to document clearly and accurately
- Ability to follow a plan of care and collaborate with a licensed PT and the broader care team
- Availability to commit to a 13-week travel assignment with 36 guaranteed hours per week and a schedule of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
