Ambassador Personnel is currently hiring for a Storeroom Attendant position in Manchester, TN. This position pays $15.00 per hour. We are seeking Ambassador Personnel is hiring a Storeroom Attendant in Manchester, TN!

This position pays $15.00 per hour, with a paid lunch. This is a 2nd shift position scheduled from 2:00 PM-10:00 PM, with a few days of training on 1st shift (7:00 AM-3:00 PM). The assignment starts October 26, 2026, with the possibility of being hired on for the right candidate.

Summary of Position:

As a Storeroom Attendant, you'll receive, unload, and put away incoming parts and materials, issue parts and tools to site employees, and keep accurate records of everything that comes in and goes out. You'll assist with cycle counting and inventory, enter stock data into the computer system, inspect tools and equipment for wear or damage, and keep the storeroom clean and organized.

Job Description:

• Will assist with cycle counting and inventory.
• Will issue parts and materials.
• Receiving experience helpful.
• Close toe shoes required.
• Pants and a t-shirt/polo. No vulgar or offensive language on clothing. No rips or holes.
• Will use sit down forklift, experience helpful but not required. Will be trained.
• May lift up to 50# unassisted.

Requirements:

• 3+ months relevant experience and/or training. High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required).
• Relevant experience and/or aptitude should include:
• Loading, unloading, picking, packing or moving goods in a warehouse environment; forklift / cherry picker experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, work orders, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency and/or a demonstrated technical aptitude to learn; preferred technical skills to include but not limited to MS-Office products, Vista, Control, SX.e, Prophet 21.
• Demonstration of basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units to measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals); ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and be self-motivated to accomplish assigned tasks and goals.
• Demonstration of attention to detail and is safety minded.

Work Environment:

• May be required to wear various forms of protective equipment (shoes, gloves, protective eyewear, etc.)
• May be required to pass forklift and/or other warehouse equipment certifications (written and/or driving).
• Job Description: -HOURS: Mon-Fri 7am-3pm
• There is a daily maintenance meeting at 7am temp will be required to attend.
• Temp position, possibility for temp to hire for the right candidate.
• Will load vending machines and POU areas.
• Will issue parts and materials.
• Experience with cycle counting and inventory helpful.
• Must be able to lift 35 lbs unassisted.
• Worker must have good customer-service skills and must be punctual and reliable.
• Steel toe or safety shoes required.
• Customer service skills are required as this is a customer facing position.
• Computer skills needed, will train
• Will assist with receiving.
• Facility does not have AC. Can get hot in the summer. There are mandated water breaks and large fans to keep cool.
