Rest Assured Legacy Agency is growing, and we’re looking for motivated licensed Life Insurance Agents to join our in-office team in Stuart, Florida.

Income Opportunity

Newer producing agents following our system are currently averaging approximately $1,200–$1,300+ per week based on production .

This is a performance-based sales opportunity, so individual earnings will vary based on activity, production, placement, and persistency. There is no guarantee of a specific income.

Who We’re Looking For

We want agents who are motivated, coachable, competitive, professional, and comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.

A Life Insurance License is strongly preferred. If you're licensed in Florida and want to expand, we can help qualified agents obtain additional state licenses as they grow with the agency.

You don’t need to come in knowing everything.

You do need to be willing to learn, follow a proven system, stay consistent, and genuinely want to help families.

This is an IN-OFFICE position — not remote.
