Pleasant,Iowa Salary: USD 74400 - 93000 Annually Position at Hearth & Home Technologies, LLC Join our team as the Warehouse Supervisor at our Mount Pleasant, Iowa distribution center. In this role you will manage daily distribution center operations with a focus on quality, delivery, cost efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Collaborate closely with all RDC (Regional Distribution Center) leadership to continuously enhance departmental and overall operations and meet performance goals. Engage, motivate, and lead Members onsite by providing effective communication, coaching, training, development, and utilizing root cause analysis to resolve problems quickly and maintain high morale. Monitor and implement improvements to reduce shipping-related damage. Maintain a well-trained staff aligned with the staffing model to support current business needs. Identify cost savings and drive efficiency improvements across all RDC operations using RCI and lean principles. Lead and promote a strong safety culture aimed at eliminating recordable or lost-time accidents, including developing and delivering safety training for all members. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical discipline. Minimum of 5 years of proven leadership experience within a manufacturing or distribution environment. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered. Preferred Qualifications Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to implement root cause analysis. Proven track record of driving safety initiatives in warehouse or distribution settings. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster a collaborative team environment.
