As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at an aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment through outstanding customer service and communication. You will document security-related activities and respond professionally to site needs while representing Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture with integrity and teamwork. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.58 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do:Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate visitor and incident documentation.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and public responders when needed.Support a professional workplace environment by communicating clearly with employees, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related concerns.Minimum Requirements:A guard card or license is preferred.CPR certification is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
