Required Skills:

• Valid and active NP or PA license in the state
• Proven experience in dermatology or similar clinical settings
• Strong knowledge of skin conditions, treatments, and procedures
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Certification in dermatology or specialized training in skin care
• Experience with cosmetic dermatology procedures
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program
• Minimum of 1-2 years of dermatology-related clinical experience
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work weekdays from 8am to 5pm (Coverage needed Monday through Friday)
• Willingness to travel if required for certain procedures or team collaborations
• Certifications such as BLS or ACLS preferred but not mandatory
