General Production Worker

General Production Worker / Finisher (2nd Shift)

Join a growing manufacturing team where you'll help finish, assemble, inspect, and prepare molded plastic products for shipment. This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in production, assembly, manufacturing, machine operation, construction, or general labor who enjoy working with their hands in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Finish, clean, and inspect molded products to meet quality standards
• Assemble components and install accessories using hand and power tools
• Label, package, and prepare products for shipping
• Follow work instructions and production procedures
• Assist with machine operation and general production tasks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Lift and move materials up to 30 lbs. regularly

What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing, production, assembly, construction, or machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Ability to read and follow written instructions
• Mechanical aptitude and a team-focused attitude

Nice to Have

• Experience with molding, plastics manufacturing, or finishing work
• Familiarity with injection molding or rotational molding equipment
• Ability to work overtime as needed

Work Schedule & Environment

• 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM - 2:30 AM
• Overtime opportunities available
• Clean manufacturing facility producing molded plastic products
• Physically active role requiring standing, moving, and material handling throughout the shift
• Steel-toe shoes required

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bensenville, IL.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
