Guest Service Representative

Administrative & Business Operations
Professionally greets all patients, families, and visitors entering through the main lobby. Assesses the need for patient information and directs patients to registration or the proper point of service depending on that need. Uses professional telephone etiquette and answers questions from patients, visitors, and public.
Education: Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent with GED. License & Cert: Addendums are required for 0153 Nurse Leader, 0249 Registry RN, 0252 Registered Nurse, 0235 Advanced Registered Nurse, and 0236 Expert Registered Nurse. To view addendums, go to the job description page on Parkview's intranet. Experience: Minimum 2 years of customer service experience preferred. Must be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of general computer skills and application. Other Qualifications: Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
