We are seeking an Admissions Associate to join our team! VibraLife is a Rehabilitation Center and Senior Living Community comprised of a short-term rehabilitation/skilled nursing facility as well as an assisted living unit. Located in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, VibraLife is a beautiful, one-story, state-of-the-art facility that includes the Vibra Rehabilitation Center and Vibra Senior Living. Expertly designed to address comprehensive care and living needs post injury or illness, VibraLife delivers a fully integrated care continuum for both patients and residents.

Responsible for providing administrative support services for the patient admissions process by obtaining accurate demographics and insurance information, and entering into computer system. Maintains files and conducts special projects as assigned. Obtains necessary consent on required forms. Contacts and meets with families for admission registration.

Required Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous receptionist experience required.

Additional Qualifications/Skills:

• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and commercial insurance procedures preferred.
• Experience with medical record analysis preferred.
• Ability to project a professional image.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
• Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.
