Construction Manager (1099 Contract) - Duplex and Townhouse

Construction Manager – Luxury Residential Development Our client, a growing luxury residential developer based in Dallas, is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee high-end duplex and townhouse community projects in Central Dallas. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day construction operations for luxury duplex and townhouse developments Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and project schedules Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards Conduct site inspections and oversee quality control for custom finishes and workmanship Collaborate with ownership, architects, designers, and consultants throughout construction Track project progress, resolve field issues, and maintain safe, organized job sites Qualifications 5+ years of construction management experience in luxury residential, custom homes, townhomes, or multifamily development Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site management Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Experience managing multiple trades and subcontractors Knowledge of Dallas-area construction and permitting processes preferred $100K–$120K base compensation Performance-based bonus incentivesInitial 1099 contract position Strong potential to convert into a permanent full-time role as the project pipeline continues to expand This role is ideal for a hands-on Construction Manager who takes pride in delivering high-quality residential projects and is looking to grow with an ambitious luxury developer. #J-18808-Ljbffr We Search People
